I just thought this up and thought it might be a good idea. For those of you that are in small guilds with few officers and love to gvg, I'm sure this is something of a blessing. I've been in that position before myself.

The thought is this. I believe that currently (unless things changed) that only officers and the guild leader can start a gvg match, or that a gvg can only be entered if they are in the party. A kind of failsafe against dissatisfied members. But how about allowing regular members to gvg under the condition that the battles without guild officers or the guild leader would cause no change in rank, and that you could only fight other guilds doing similar things. This would increase the experience that normal members have in gvgs, and help out a great deal for the guilds with more inactive officers.

Any thoughts?

Unrated gvg? Already there.

Problem: Inactivity.

Solution: Get a more active guild or promote some more officers.

This is unneeded and if needed a very low priority, there are much more important things anet should work on

If you see that your leader and his underlings arent very active or arent into gvg then you should probable look into a new guild that is offering what your looking for.

Yeah, have members be able to run unrated battles vs other guilds that also are doing the same, probably would add up more the GvG activity, lately the GvG spirt of GW is going down, and I don't like it, cause in my opinion GvG is the main event of this game, and I feel it's not getting enaugh support.
